Take photos on a clear blue sky day. Move bins and child toys. Make sure that domestic pets are not in shot. Take cars/caravans off the drive. Try to get as much of the room in the photo as possible to show the size. Try to make the rooms look spacious, light and airy. Quality of photos is more important than quantity.
Think lifestyle. You are living in your property, and your buyer is buying a lot of what you have created. Show it off, make it arty, perhaps make it different, most importantly – make it look as you would like it to look.
Have you got a view, do you overlook something beautiful? Try to capture the inside as well as the outside, gardens and views are what buyers think about during their purchase.
